How to Use This Blog
Welcome to the Zero Debt Interactive Workshop. Your instructor will be Lynnette Khalfani-Cox, The Money Coach. This is a self learning workshop that you can complete at your own pace. In order to take advantage of all of the features and benefits of this workshop, you must subscribe to this blog.
Before you begin and after you have subscribed, please collect the following items:
- A note pad and pencil
- A copy of the print edition of Zero Debt 2nd edition (optional)
- A list of all of your bills including all credit card statements, utility bills and loan documents
- A second list of all cash expenditures you have made over the past 60 days.
- We recommend that you take advantage of the free online budgeting software on The Mint.com
Once you have all of these items start reading the blog posts in order. On the home page you will see a link that says “start here“. At the end of each post you will find a link to the next post in sequence.
A message for premium subscribers:
A premium subscriber can ask questions and receive a response from the instructor by doing one of the following:
- Posting a question in the comment box at the bottom of any page or post.
- Dialing the toll free number given to you in your membership kit, and speaking to the instructor or a certified credit counselor.
- Placing an internet call via Skype using the special Skype ID provided to you in your membership kit.
- Sending a private email via the Contact Us page on this blog.
How to post a question:
While you are reading a post you may have several questions. Jot down your questions on your note pad while you read. Then, when you are done reading the post, scroll down to the comment box, just beneath the post, where you will be able to send a comment or question to the instructor. Please post just one question at a time and keep your questions brief, clear and to the point. It is easier for your instructor to answer one question at a time rather than one, long, multi-question paragraph. Please note, free subscribers are not guaranteed a reply to any question or post on this site.
Okay, now click on the “start here” link and get on the road to having zero debt. Good luck!
